Bandera Man gets 30 years in Kendall Co

Bandera man receives a 30 year sentence in Kendall County according to the Criminal District Attorney’s Office. Bryan Scott Pena, 36, a career criminal led law enforcement on a high speed chase on IH-10 in February of last year. He was out on parole at the time. Pena was reportedly traveling on Texas 46 from Bandera to Boerne, headed east on IH-10 then crossed the median to IH-10 West riding against the traffic almost causing several accidents. After crashing his motorcycle, he fled and was apprehended by Boerne Police. Pena was found with methamphetamine on his person.
