Bandera - Pine Gate Renewables files for Chapter 11

Bandera’s solar farm operator has filed for bankruptcy. Pine Gate Renewables filed for bankruptcy Chapter 11 according to a recent press release. The energy company has projects in 38 states. As they pursue selling all of its assets and business operations, Pine Gate's operations will continue uninterrupted through transition ownership of its solar and energy storage project fleet while preserving jobs and maximizing value. Pine Gate blames changes in federal regulations and subsidies for its collapse.
