Bandera - Tin Man water tower leak

The iconic Bandera water tower called the Tin Man sprung a leak Monday afternoon. The Tin Man water tower is in the alley at Cedar and 11th. The tower is offline and will not affect water service. It will continue to leak until the tank is empty. Severe weather was the cause of the leak.
