BCRAGD postpones OTX permits

The Bandera County River Authority Groundwater District Board did not vote on permits on Thursday for 2 high volume well projects proposed by Camp OTX in Tarpley. District directors instead approved a contested case hearing. At the heart of the meeting was a requested approval of applications for a new well permit and a proposed permit amendment to expand pumping from an existing well.
