Boerne approves updates to STR rules

Boerne City Council approved the short term rental ordinance updates recently. The updates were first introduced in July after a few months of research and work with STR owners and residents. A subcommittee was formed so the recommendations would preserve the character of local neighborhoods. Plus, minimize any adverse impacts on the housing supply.
