Boerne - Buc-ees deal

New details on the Buc-ees deal in Boerne. Last week, Boerne City Council approved a revised deal with the travel center according to the San Antonio Business Journal. Besides a smaller footprint with a 54 thousand square foot facility and only 100 fuel stations, Buc-ees will get a 20 year   50% sales tax rebate known as a Chapter 380 agreement. The city is reimbursing an estimated $2 million to $2.5 million over five years for the infrastructure. Buc-ee’s will install the sewer line and construct Buc-ee’s Way, The traffic impact analysis is under review.
