Boerne - Buc-ees zoning change

Boerne’s Buc-ees appears to be moving forward. A new public hearing notice is posted near the site at the 33 thousand block of IH-10 according to The Boerne Life. It’s a request to rezone an adjoining parcel to the main property Buc-ees recently purchased. The request is to rezone to C3 for use as an accessory parking lot. The rezoning request is scheduled to go before the Planning & Zoning Commission next Monday.
