Boerne financial advisory working on a plea deal

Financial Advisor Brooklyn Chandler Willy, a Boerne resident, is working on a plea deal for 2 criminal charges against her. According to the Express News, the plea could keep her out of federal Court. Although, she’s facing 2 criminal charges, Willy is facing 18 felony counts including wire fraud and securities fraud.  In the meantime, Willy’s 2 co-defendants, Joshua Allen and Michael Cox of Lubbock will go to court in the summer rather than pleading guilty.
