George’s Ranch in Boerne has broken ground. For 800 new high end homes. The development was to start construction in 2022. George’s Ranch is named after Texas Ranger and Pioneer George Wilkins Kendall. Austin’s Lookout Group is the developer. Also, in Boerne, they are also the developers of the Esperanza community.
