Boerne - Hovey Motorcars owners arrested for fraud

Owners of Hovey Motorcars of Boerne arrested for fraud according to the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. Richard Hovey Senior and Junior are each charged and jailed for Theft of property over 300 thousand dollars and Misapplication of fiduciary or financial property of an institution between 30 thousand to 150 thousand dollars. They each have a 350 thousand dollar bond. According to the Boerne Star, Boerne Police have been investigating the luxury car business for over a year after complaints of fraud.
