Kendall County doesn’t see eye to eye with Boerne’s updated thoroughfare plan. County citizens protested the plan approved by city council. Saying it’s hurting their property values. The county rejected the plan but they can’t do anything about it. The city says the changes were due to the surge in city population that’s almost doubled in a decade.
