Boerne postpones decision for a zoning request from Buc-ees.

Ward, I think there’s something wrong with the Beaver. The Beaver aka Buc-ees continues to get opposition from Boerne residents which creates another postponement on a zoning decision. The City of Boerne’s Planning and Zoning Commission were to re-zone almost 4 acres near the Buc-ees construction site on IH-10 for additional parking at their meeting on Monday. Now that designation has changed from a re-zoning to a zoning design ratification and the acreage has increased to 5 acres. A decision on the changes was tabled until November.
