Boerne re-zones 16 acres to add to commercially zoned properties

According to the San Antonio Business Journal, Boerne’s Planning Commission approved an application to rezone 16-acres of land for commercial use. The property north of the intersection of Daisy Lane and I-10 is owned by Bill Miller Bar-B-Q chairman Balous Miller and his wife Julie. Boerne will then annex the land as it is outside the city limits. The city is adding the 16 acres to their 102 acres of vacant commercially zoned properties. (stock photo)
