Boerne teen Antonio Arriola is denied parole and will be transferred from a juvenile facility to adult prison. He will serve out his 20 year sentence there. When he was 16, he attacked a man with a tire iron after buying a gun. Arriola turns 19 on Wednesday and has aged out of the juvenile system. He’ll be eligible for parole again in 8 years. His victim, Joe Orton spoke against Arriola getting parole.
