Boerne - Woman sentenced to 4 years for embezzlement

Kacie Lynn Paulk, 41 of Boerne was sentenced to 4 years’ confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Institutional Division Thursday. Paulk was charged for Misapplication of Fiduciary Property, a Third-Degree Felony. As an office manager, she embezzled a large amount of funds from her employer, Brady's Auto Repair in Boerne. Paulk, misappropriated almost 61 thousand dollars made payable to herself from 2022 through 2024. She previously had 7 felony convictions from a past case in Corpus Christi.
