Brenham. 18 wheeler crashes into TX DPS office

One person killed and 13 injured when a stolen 18- wheeler slammed into a Texas DPS office in Brenham on Friday. Clenard Parker, 42 from Chappell Hill drove the semi into the Brenham DPS office. He was denied renewal of his CDL. It's

the reason he committed the felony. Parker was arrested and being held without bond in a Washington County jail. The Texas Rangers lead the investigation.
