Parents in Fredericksburg have expressed concern about the lack of transparency from FISD considering NGO’s or non-governmental organizations. Caritas Family Assistance Network was scheduled to do a presentation to Fredericksburg’s ISD board yesterday. The administration is looking into a memorandum of understanding with Caritas or CFAN. Recently, Frontera Health Network did a presentation for establishing a general primary healthcare site with FISD. Frontera provides health services to uninsured or undocumented children.
