Charles Butt - HEB Chairman gives 20M to food bank

Charles Butt, HEB Chairman is donating 20 million dollars of his own money for 20 Texas food banks. Feeding Texas, a network of Texas food banks serves the 254 counties of the state. The US Department of Agriculture ranks the Lone Star State as the second most food insecure state in the nation.
