A new Assistant Veterans Service Officer or VSO has been hired for Kerr County. Chase Allsup, a Marine veteran was chosen unanimously after a series of interviews with Kerr County Commissioners. Allsup will assist VSO Jennifer Sanchez with informing US Armed Forces veterans and their families of benefits available to them under state and federal laws.
