Comfort - Lennar withdraws wastewater permit

Lennar Homes has withdrawn their wastewater permit from TCEQ for a proposed wastewater facility for the Comfort 590. The developer needed the facility for an 1100 home development in Comfort. Roy Dye, President of the Falling Water Subdivision which would have been across from the treatment facility explains: AUDIO: 31 SEC CUE: it has been withdrawn.
