Create Healthy has named their new board. It’s comprised of Hill Country community, business and philanthropic leaders. The board will be distributing funds from the sale of Hill Country Memorial Hospital to Methodist Healthcare. Create Healthy has an non disclosure agreement with Methodist regarding the sale amount. It has been publicly stated the board could possibly be overseeing 150 to 200 million dollars.
