Dalton Rice, New Kerrville City Manager

Dalton Rice, Kerrville’s new City Manager starts his new job on Monday. Rice is a veteran and former City Manager of Morgan’s Point in Central Texas. A welcoming reception is scheduled for October 9th at the Arcadia Theater on Water Street.
