Delayne Sigerman - appointed Kerrville City Council - Place 1

A former Kerrville city council member has been appointed to fill Roman Garcia’s seat for Council Place 1. Delayne Sigerman was chosen by a vote of 4 to 1. She previously served one term in 2018. Sigerman’s swearing in is Tuesday, May 28th.
