San Antonio fugitive added to the DPS Texas 10 Most wanted list. Jesse Mario Vega is wanted for a parole violation. He was released on parole last May after 16 years in prison for aggravated robbery. Vega is 37 years old, affiliated with the Tango Orejon gang. He’s 5-6, 215 pounds. He has numerous tattoos.
