According to expressnewes.com, Blizexas LLC, of California, is planning to build the 5 thousand seat Rockingwall Ranch Event Venue near Crumley Ranch and Fitzhugh Road. The company wants to use treated wastewater through a drip irrigation on almost 3 acres of land. They asked the TCEQ for permission to dispose of up to 12,000 gallons per day. Attorneys for three nonprofits have asked for hearings: Fitzhugh Neighbors; Save Our Springs Alliance and Greater Edwards Aquifer Alliance.
