ERCOT WX Watch ended

ERCOT’s weather watch ended on Friday. Yet they have issued 2 Voluntary Conservation Notices. The recent one was for Sunday night from 7 to 10pm. The notices are due to extreme temperatures, forecasted high demand, and lower reserves due to low wind generation.
