Fair Oaks Ranch - changes to Drought Contingency Plan

Fair Oaks Ranch Drought Contingency Plan to be updated to a 4-stage drought plan starting April 1. The update includes a new Stage 3 drought level addition, adjustment of water restrictions and surcharge changes. These updates will affect all Fair Oaks Ranch Water Utility customers.
