Street Maintenance Plan continues in Fair Oaks Ranch today. Road crews will apply fog seal treatments on Pimlico from Fair Oaks Parkway to Rocking Horse and Turf Paradise. Traffic Impacts: include

- Pimlico Lane open to northbound traffic only. Royal Ascot Drive is the Southbound traffic detour. Riva Ridge closed to through traffic during the work. - Turf Paradise will have alternating lane closures. Flaggers and signage will be on-site to help direct drivers safely through the work zones.
