FBG and Gillespie Co - Tax increases

Fredericksburg City Council and Gillespie County Commissioners schedule public hearings for the proposed increase in their tax rates. According to the Standard Radio Post, Gillespie County’s public hearing is Monday at 5:30pm at the County Courthouse. Fredericksburg’s public hearing is Tuesday at 9am at City Hall East Campus. The city is raising their tax rate almost 11 percent. The county is raising their tax rate 6 percent.
