FBG - annexations

Fredericksburg City Council announces a voluntary annex of a lot for future housing according to the Standard Radio Post. Kevin Spraggins, of VEI Engineering, for the Rubin and Ruby Jenschke Living Trust, told council the lot, 3.48 acres on North Cherry Street are to be rezoned for a future subdivision. City Council indicated the annexation would require a public street and extension of Jennifer Lane.
