FBG - Arch Ray - unauthorized wells

Hill Country resort found to have dug 2 unauthorized wells on their property. According to the Standard Radio Post, Arch Ray on the River dug 2 wells on the property without notification of drilling. This was their second and third offense. The Hill Country Underground Water District is working with the resort to get them in compliance as they cannot issue fines for violations and they don’t want to take them to district court.
