FBG - Injured hiker rescued at Enchanted Rock

Injured hiker at Enchanted Rock rescued by Star Light helicopter services on Sunday. Fire personnel were called to Enchanted Rock State Park for a male patient that had a traumatic injury. Due to the rigid and high angle terrain, fire personnel deployed a rope team to attempt to gain access to the patient. The hiker was later successfully rescued by Star Flight of Travis County. He was hoisted into the helicopter and flown to a trauma facility. Also assisting in the rescue were Willow City Fire, and Park Rangers.
