FBG - Pepper the Cat controversy

A literal cat fight in Fredericksburg divides library goers according to KVUE TV. Pepper the cat, a mainstay at the Pioneer Memorial Library in Fredericksburg has been ordered to find another home by the Gillespie County Commissioners Court in a ruling last week. Judge Daniel Jones said that the county was not notified that the cat was in the library and due to numerous emails and phone calls, the county said the matter was creating division. Pepper is now in the hands of the Hill Country SPCA.
