FBG - Pepper the cat update

An update on the Fredericksburg library cat, Pepper. She has been adopted by a local family. Gillespie County Commissioners had ruled that Pepper, living at the Pioneer Memorial Library had to find a new home because of a complaint from a resident. Pepper was dispatched to the Hill Country SPCA where she was put up for adoption.
