FBG - plane crash victim identified

Victim of plane crash in Fredericksburg on December 30^th has been identified. Fredericksburg Fire/EMS was dispatched to Northern Gillespie County for a reported aircraft crash. The aircraft was found fully engulfed in flames within heavy brush. Richard (Randy) Bills, 72, of Fredericksburg, died in the crash. His service is Saturday.
