A 22 acre mixed use development coming to Fredericksburg according to the San Antonio Business Journal. Houston developer DC Partners plan to develop the space named The Meuse after Fredericksburg founder John Meusebach with retail anchored by a hotel. The property sits on Highway 290 and the Main Street intersection. Groundbreaking scheduled for Spring. The Fredericksburg Planning and Zoning Commission approved the build last week.
