Former Harper ISD employee sentenced

Former Harper ISD employee Pedro de Luna the third sentenced to 15 years in prison according to the hawkseyecn.net. De Luna who held various positions at Harper High School was arrested December 1^st 2025 for invasive recording of a young female. After further investigation, Gillespie County Sheriff’s Office found a personal digital cloud storage, where De Luna had more recordings of young females in a theater changing area at Harper High School.  De Luna pled guilty on all 17 charges.
