Joe Davis and Bill Dante are out from their positions at the Former Texas Rangers Foundation according to the Daily Times. Retired Texas Ranger Dan North of Huntsville will replace Davis as President and Norm Nevins replaces Dante as Board Chairman. The Fredericksburg City Council said the foundation defaulted on the agreement from 2011 to build a museum. The improvements which are about 8 million dollars to the property revert to the city. The Rangers have until February to vacate the premises. According to Mayor Jeryl Hoover, the foundation doesn’t have the funds to further development the property.
