Gillespie Co - Ampyr hearing at end of September

Save the date:  September 29^th and 30^th 9am is the hearing on Gillespie County’s Application for Temporary Injunctive Relief against Ampyr, the developers of the Marshall Springs solar and battery energy storage project, located at Hwy 16 North and Country Creek Lane. Amypyr had petitioned the court in August to dismiss the lawsuit against it. Gillespie County judge, Daniel Jones denied Ampyr’s request for dismissal.
