In Gillespie County, Incumbent Buddy Mills will face Chris Ayala in a run-off. Sara Neel takes the County Attorney seat handily over incumbent Stephen Wadsworth. For State Representative 19 candidate Kyle Biedermann received more votes in Gillespie over incumbent Ellen Troxclair. She retains her position. She received 52 percent of the votes district-wide.
