Gillespie Co - Nebo Mountain Fire

Gillespie Co - Nebo Mountain Fire - A disaster declaration has been issued to the state to request additional fire suppression resources and tools.  Fire acreage is around 1,160 and 90% containment. No structures are threatened at this time. Dozer lines held so far overnight due to improved weather conditions. No residential structures have been lost as of now.

City, County, and state resources will increase again early this morning to continue to work the fire. You may see additional planes in the area assisting with air attack from above.
