Harper petition against BESS

Harper citizens have created a petition with change.org.  against battery energy storage systems coming to Harper in Gillespie County. Find the information on the Harper Bulletin Board Facebook page. Another possible site may be coming on Hwy 16 N between Fredericksburg and Willow City.
