Headwaters Groundwater District forecasting continued drought in the Hill Country reports the West Kerr Current. With La Nina in effect for the summer, expectations for rain remain low. La Nina means dry weather for the Southern US. Guadalupe River streamflow averages 97 cubic feet per second. Currently the flow is at 34.9 cubic feet per second. Kerr County has been in Stage 3 Drought conditions since October.
