Hill Country CASA receives a 50 thousand dollar grant from the Firstday Foundation. Reports the Daily Times. Grant applications are by invitation only. Funds will support the needs of children in foster care plus caregivers in Kerr, Kendall, Bandera and Gillespie counties.
