Houston man faces additional charges in Kendall County

Houston man involved in fatal vehicle crash in Comfort on Monday faces additional charges according to DPS. Allen Graham 27 of Houston was arrested for involuntary manslaughter in the death of Manuela Rodriguez, 53 of Boerne on Monday morning. Rodriguez was on her way to work at Peterson Health in Kerrville. Graham has now been charged with involuntary manslaughter assault with a vehicle causing serious bodily injury as he had a passenger, five charges of possession of a controlled substance and 16 charges of possessing a dangerous drug. Graham’s bond is set at 480 thousand dollars. He's in the Kendall County jail
