HTR Texas Resort - Jada Floyd lawsuit

The first law suit filed in regards to the Kerr County July 4^th flood. According to a press release from Glasheen, Valles & Inderman Injury Lawyers, the family of 22 year old Jada Floyd filed the lawsuit against HTR Texas Resort in response to her death.  Floyd was staying with her fiancé and his family at the resort when floodwaters rushed the place they were staying. They all perished in the flood after saving other family members. The family wants answers and accountability. They want to know why the resort had no effective system to monitor extreme weather and flooding, no adequate warning for guests like Jayda, and no timely evacuation procedures.” According to an attorney of the lawfirm.
