Ingram - city approves budget and lower tax rate

Ingram approved their budget and tax rate on Monday. The new tax rate is 38 cents per 100 dollar valuation down from 40 cents. Even though rate is a 5 percent decrease, Ingram residents may face higher property taxes as valuations have increased, according to cityofingram.com.
