Ingram - RV Park files lawsuit against city

At the end of last year, Ingram’s City Council voted on an ordinance to ban RV parks in a floodplain. Riverside RV Park would be affected, but according to owner Clancy Scott, a lawsuit has been filed against the council: AUDIO: 42 SEC   CUE: type of things. Scott says the council overreached their authority.
