Johnson City PD - Officer of the Year

Johnson City Police Department recognizes Officer Jessica Oestreich (uh-stryche) as Officer of the Year. Officer Oestreich is a School Resource Officer for Johnson City ISD. She was recognized recently at the Hill Country 100 Club banquet.
