Kendall Co - Boerne ETJ committee

Kendall County and The City of Boerne’s negotiations have stalled on the ETJ or Extra-Territorial Jurisdiction reports the Boerne Star. Next week Kendall County Commissioners will appoint 2 commissioners to work with 2 City councilmen on the negotiating committee. The 2 commissioners that were appointed were not voted in. It was a tie. 2 to 2. Because Commissioner Bergmann wasn’t there to vote.
